My name is Chuck Freeland and I was referred to Key Fit Club™ by Dr. Brian Lamkin to be on their 12 week Diabetes TRAC program and it has been a big change for me.

Numbers-wise, my A1C readings went from 8.2 to 5.5, a considerable improvement. My blood sugar readings went from near 200 to an average in the 120's. And my weight went from 213 to currently 192, a loss of 21 pounds.

Prior to the program, I felt I was on a downhill spiral health-wise, and that has completely reversed now. I have more energy, sleep much better, and am much more active today.

Due to the program, I've learned a lot about foods, and have aligned my eating habits with that knowledge. Because of the program I could see hard evidence in my monthly progress, which was very encouraging to me. I would recommend the TRAC program to anyone who is serious about improving and maintaining their health.
