Class Descriptions

 

Basic Training- Full body workout including cardio, weight training, plyometric and power work.

Boot Camp – Calorie-blasting total body workouts that will challenge all muscle groups.  Exercises are modifiable for various levels of fitness allowing you to work at the intensity level you choose.

Booty Blast45 minutes of high energy toning and sculpting aimed at the glutes.  This class will definitely leave you feeling the burn and achieving the booty you always dreamed of.

Dance FIT – Combines thumping music and energizing dance moves for an hour of fun.

Group Power- High rep weight training workout that uses an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight.  Combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. 

HIIT 60- Intervals of intense work matched with intervals of low intensity.  

Kickboxing- Elements of kickboxing incorporated with strength training using bands, weights, and body weight.

Mat Pilates- Designed to contour the body, reshape the thighs and hips, and invigorate the mind, body, and spirit.

PiYo – combines Yoga poses with Pilates mat exercises to build core strength and enhance agility and balance.

Power Pump:  30 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength and 10 minutes of core exercises.

Spin- Indoor cycling experience using resistance to match all terrains and all fitness levels. Sometimes combined with strength training.

Step- Involves stepping on an adjustable platform of 4 to 8 inches. Develop cardio endurance through strength and abdominal work.

Step/Sculpt- Full body workout involving a wide variety of exercises and movements to improve stamina and core strength.

Total Core- 30 minute format that really hones in on the muscles of the trunk. You will work in various positions with lots of different equipment so no muscle gets left behind.

Yoga- An advanced practice based on Ashtanga series emphasizing strength, flexibility, and breathing.

Yoga for Athletes -  Stretching to improve balance, flexibility, power and stamina in order to improve performance, reduce injury and increase recovery for the active person.

Zumba- Latin inspired dance workout that combines high energy and motivating music. Make your workout a party.

Zumba Gold- Takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of active older participants as well as those just starting their fitness.
